UPS Ground with Tracking - $10.00 for a standard Ground to the all central area within the BC and Ontario (except some of special area).Shipment will be arrived at next business day. $12.00 for a standard Ground to the all central area within the Alberta and Quebec (except some of special area). $15.00 for a standard Ground to the other areas except above provinces.This price will increase with additional items. This shipping method includes delivery confirmation which you can track online. Orders shipped out using this method take within 3-7 business days to arrive.
Canada Post Domestic with Delivery Tracking - $10.00 for a standard Ground to the all central area within the BC and Ontario (except some of special area). $12.00 for a standard Ground to the all central area within the Alberta and Quebec (except some of special area). $15.00 for a standard Ground to the other areas except above provinces. Orders shipped out using this method take within 5-10 business days to arrive.
UPS Ground with Tracking - $15.98 for a standard Ground but this price will increase with additional items. Orders shipped out using this method take 7-14+ business days for delivery to USA.
USPS Express International with Tracking - $39.95 for a standard single DVD to USA but this price will increase with additional items. $59.95 plus for a standard single DVD but this price will increase with additional items. Orders shipped out using this method take 3-7 business days for delivery to Asia, Europe, and Pacific. Some countries due to tight customs regulations may take up to 21-30 business days for delivery. Orders shipped out using this method take 3-7 business days for delivery to USA and Europe, Asia and Pacific.
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges). We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
Please double-check your address carefully when placing an order, we do not issue refunds or re-ship orders where addresses have been incorrectly entered upon ordering.
